Interfaith Council of Plattsburgh & Clinton County (ICPCC)   - The ICPCC's mission statement is as follows: "The ICPCC declares Clinton County a 'hate free zone' and encourages all religious, government, business, educational and community organizations to endorse this concept."

The ICPCC hosts the Plattsburgh Interfaith Food Shelf, which feeds over 120 tons of food annually to nearly 2000 local emergency situation households.
The Greater Plattsburgh Interfaith Hospitality Network program brings shelter, meals and support services to families without homes. The Matthew Shepard Foundation - The Matthew Shepard Foundation is a national non-profit 501c3 organization founded in December 1998 by Dennis and Judy Shepard. It was established in memory of their 21-year old son, Matthew, who was murdered in an anti-gay hate crime in Laramie, Wyoming. For more information please visit their website.

AIDS Council of Northeastern New York - The AIDS Council of Northeastern New York provides services to over 1,500 persons living and 500 family members with HIV or AIDS each year. The Council reaches over 111,000 people per year through education and outreach programs. Serving Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington Counties, with transportation services available to Delaware and Otsego Counties. Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) - The Southern Poverty Law Center was founded in 1971 as a small civil rights law firm. Today, the Center is internationally known for its tolerance education programs, its legal victories against white supremacists and its tracking of hate groups.
